We can consider some theory. Companies with no clear future are rising because of someone want it to rise. Companies with true value, are beaten down to acquire cheap shares from retail.
Wayne puts some downside revision and retail freaks out. As We can see, the better fundamentals are, the price is lower. I know-how that there was dillution (for real expansion) but yesterday situation wasn't so bad as SP fall.

You don't have to be psychologist to see, that Wayne is not some Amir Adnani type guy. He is there for chemistry, not for CEO relations with shareholders. Wayne is probably tired of this dynamic situation, and better he will concentrate on technical/chemistry advisory instead of giving interviews.
