In other words this mine is a long way off, needs a lot of cash and infrastructure. This could take a good 6yrs or more to develop. Is this the message you trying to underline?
The point is taken, and you dont know what coal prices will be in 6yrs. One problem I foresee is manny of these large resources seem to be in the same stage of development at the same time. Some of the benefits of these great opportunities could be lost by flooding the market.
I also see AFR over priced at this point, not enough information about long term strategy. There are too manny grey areas.
