As a major collective holder of MMR I’m happy the ASX is not letting MMR trade again, to just let DB bleed the last drop of coin out of it for himself to plunder into the abyss as he has done in BPH for the past 12 months.

And now it seems he just wants to dilute MMR at zip return to shareholders, it’s nearly been five years of suspension of MMR, I don’t mind riding it longer to at least have a project to re list with rather than a wing and prayer from DB and head office.

If MMR was to re list currently it would be simply lambs to the slaughter for MMR to re list again atm with brokers like 69 capital ready to dump in the amount of junk paper they have on MMR over the 3 month time limit DB has imposed on the 100s of millions of shares left over of surplus from current raise that either directors or it seems most share holders didn’t even want of MMR to return to trade the ASX would have to be accountable for losses imo

And I have informed the ASX of my concerns I have with re listing MMR in its current position of not having a valid Project to re list under, and that the only tangible project MMR have our elected federal government has given its intent to warn the market to deny Pep11a renewed exploration license, and that the ASX has a duty as a regulator to not let unviable companies trade or re list on the ASX especially a company with such a chequered history of MMR and directors in charge of the suspension we have been forced to endure due to past and present directors and inaction from same for what has been 5 years now, and now the directors are finally pushing to re list MMR because it suits them, because the gravy train has dried up on BPH !!!

Leave MMR in suspension till a clear future is known of any projects it has if any moving forward imo.
