i agree it makes very little sense. But if it is capping to get the SP lower, then why on earth would they suddenly stop at 30 just because it was the cap raise price? If its games, we probably go below. If it is just maket gyrations then perhap 30 acts as a psychological support. Who knows really. But the buying is very limited so most seem to want proof we can sell.
