If David doesn’t front up to the AGM then he’s not fit to be CEO. If you can’t stand there and take an hour’s grilling from your shareholders after the events that have unfolded and the remuneration/options you are asking for, then you are not fit for CEO.
If Ewen intervenes other than to answer questions openly and honestly, then he’s not fit to be our Chairman. Ewen is the one that oversees our strategy and our staff performance, he oversees remuneration and bonuses. Ewen also needs to front up and answer questions with openness and honesty, non of these politician answers and no ducking and weaving the questions.
Shareholders deserve nothing less than openness and honesty, time for our leaders to finally do some leading.
