I think the jump today is probably based on the news about possible tightening of dual use technology as per other threaf. In my opinion I think it is probably an overreaction. The graphite used in military applications would be minuscule. This would not impact the price of graphite just create delays. I could be wrong but I think this will just be a blip. I welcome alternative views.
