And the mechanism behind this natural heating is... Sunspots? Very small period Milankovitch cycles? Water vapour from boiling too many kettles? Hot air from Lord Monckton? Hot air from Al Gore?
But surely it can't simply be a 30% increase or so of man-made, long-lifetime, greenhouse gases in the atmosphere???
