not a good deal, a great deal miscman, I had another take on the turkey announcment, my understanding of the agreement is that the space has been sold to GMPS as a wholesale deal for US$ 1 mio per year, then GMPS will make it's margin by onselling the space for more and GMPS will pay all outgoings.
imho, this deal is better than you may have assessed.
based on aussie @ 0.77c this deal is worth A$649k per year to LUM.
