Good question! The fact is he didn't sell it to AUG but simply transfer to AUG given that he controls AUG. So whatever his intention would be, it would not better off for him if AUG failed. AUG is tightly held company and could be easily manipulated. If he wants his mates (CR at 7 cents and5 cents) to help him in the future (in term of funding CR), he must let them make money. That is why I think he is consolidating his projects to AUG and planning to ride on the market's hot topics (Gold, Copper/Mo, Uranium etc.) whatever suits him. I don't think such low price could last too long (cash = MC, EV 0).
