There has to be big contracts in place already that is unlocked via conditions like insurance and budgets etc etc
There is no way you can guide the market of CF breakeven without something substantial in the works. The sales cadence demands this. doubling the US installed base in 12 months.
Be good if they can update the insurers and the states who have updated.
