Just more lies to me. What hurricans impacted anywhere on cuba far less where 9 is and what does it have to do with setting up road trips to the tanks ?. Hurricans have passed ships are in port? No? Or the more obvious reason is no oil or not enough oil to meet deadline till feb 2025.
Where is the acid? What caused the damage to A2. How bad? Whats needed? How long to fix? Who got the arse for it? When are you going back to 3 and Z ?
