The whole process has been disruptive. Conservative politicians have found they get elected when there's chaos and disruption (particularly if the other side is weak-willed which is what we have here) so that's their preference. Their ONLY strategies these days are how to get elected and how to keep their donor dollars flowing in. No actual policies.
I'd expect a rally if and when EDU comes out with a positive statement on the impact of the legislation not being passed. Ultimately if EDU can show they can prosper in this environment the share price should follow.
