1/ Who came up with the idea? Was it Jefferies?
2/ Who is running it? Surely it won't be a bunch of bio dudes making decisions on the correct timing.
You need to be careful with stuff like this.
NEU have to report at the end of day when they've completed a buy back.
So all of the smart big guys out there will be keeping data on how much 'ammo' NEU have left.
Sure, they have said they can adjust the buy back. I.e increase it.
But there'd be a lot of people throwing the toys out of the cot if they went passed $50 mil.
So I'd like to know who's the brains behind executing the plan.
