Go back and read old posts. You will find facts that CER has positive NTA well ahead of the SP despite massive asset devaluations while CNP has negative NTA. This was pointed out in a big way by lenders discounting CNP loans recently.
CER has continued to trade profitably, reduce hedging, reduce debt to a degree and roll over loans.
