it's a hard one.. as we've all seen the lack of liquidity, though the company has a revenue stream, albeit it with debt which is used to fund growth. I'd like to see their latest book numbers...
We've already seen this a few times on the ASX over the years: companies taken private than prospered:
I don't think people should panic to dump. as their could still be a price rise towards the date of delisting, as maintained shares as per option B give you ownership option in private unlisted Israeli entity's. So there will be buyers to soak up the sellers dumping (and will be loving the price) I'm so underwater on it, that I'm going to maintain my holding, as perhaps it will grown on the otherwise, which it might be able to do with out poor ASX funding..,
hard to know if the firm never managed to sell their story..
it was always a speculative share in my basket. I've taken worse hits.... it's the market after all..
