You could probably imagine DB lawyer has enough on his plate currently evaluating and drafting a reply to the government legal teams 1600 page documents than focus to much attention to this mess and I'm not sure how long the budgeted operating costs of $140k will last with the number of legal cases MMR is currently involved in with throwing too much cash at the relisting issue
