Sam, it is very kind of you to post the rules for an IPO but MMR is being reinstated, it's not an IPO.
As per the original announcement, the company needs to comply with ASX listing rules 1.3.4 and 12.2.
As I have posted previously, the conversations about reinstatement have been held prior to the offer being released. The ASX has long ago articulated it's expectations and MMR has met their expectations.
Once trading resumes, all your concerns, same with GB, will disappear.
