I have no idea what you mean. The BOD has not given any reason for the buyback, other than the vague and self-descriptive "capital management". Yes, it is certainly capital management. But why? Just have to keep guessing.

I was simply pointing out that there are substantial risks, which is not fear mongering. With examples. There are also other risks. Imo, risk management is substantially more important than unexplained capital management. Clearly NEU has much going for it that investors should be optimistic about. However, I choose not to ignore the risks. Looking at the SP action today, and also for the last few days, clearly there are also others who are not ignoring the risks. Obviously others are not pretending that risks are minimal.
