Apparently CommSec also will automatically exercise options on expiry date, that are in the money by 1c. So keeping the price of heads below 2.5c also prevents this. I usually think calls of 'manipulation' are BS but in this case it's definitely possible. Even from RDN's perspective, why would they want to give away shares at 1.5c when they just did a raise at 3.2c/share?
