Maybe early imo but might not be and i think whats happened is mainly a political attack on CE and others in an effort to replace him and others with people they like, if i was CE i would stay put and i think a lot of sensible shareholders would like to see him stay too as he's done wonders with that company and would be hard to find someone else as good.
Fair enough he's done a couple of naughty things he shouldn't do but nothing that effects the company fundamentals or operations imo.
