couldn't agree more...
Why come out and say that you have 9 contracts "imminent" if you were not 100% confident that you would at least be able to announce them in the same calendar year?

Why would you not have a duty of care to inform your shareholders how you were going to repay the 2.1 mio? If I lent someone some $ and I knew that they had a potential bankruptcy coming up I would expect they would have the common courtesy to keep me informed about how they were planning to deal with this....

I think the trouble too many of us have is underestimating the complexity of running a solvent and profitable company and overestimating the ability of many of the people in charge of running those companies, (I'm guilty of this as well).

You only have to go to your local shops to realise that many of fellow citizens aren't that astute.

How they can do this and have their snout in the trough for $400k+ is beyond reproach.... (the defense that the previous management set the contracts at this level doesn't wash with me... they were entering into new contracts under their employment conditions)... (hell they are the directors ...when they see that performance is not meeting expectations and that the $ are tight, they could easily revise their contracts downwards....)

Now the company could turn around and make me liable for the above comments... but on the other hand I stand by the above comments...

Enough to put you off the penny dreadfuls... I'm guessing that the real talent is working for the blue chips. I'm re-balancing my portfolio accordingly.
