    If there is only the smallest chance to get SML and/or KfW loan in 2023 instis would be falling over each other to get shares at the current price.

    Instis are also on conferences and speak to KfW people and Gov representatives. They have good antenna to read between the lines.

    Be sure NO SML and NO KfW loan in 2023
