I want to know who is buying units at 1.06 when the total proceeds that MAY be returned is only 1.11-1.14/s over the next 6 months.
There is huge risk in these long dated settlements with 5% deposits. If a seller falls over, the re-cut deal to get the asset away would certaintly be significantly less.
All risk and no reward at this price.
