What you posted has nothing to do with any hybrid security.
1. This is for cnp shares.
2. This vote has been postponed... read cnp announcements.

The article is referring to CNPs famous quote.. that they will be acting in the interest of stake holders (i.e employees shareholders and Lenders)

CERs NTA would probably definately be above 40c now i would think.

A possible negative would be sell properties at below book value. This will damage any hard work done this 6 months in bringing NTA up to where it is.
