Will there be any comments from management regarding this capital raise, the success so far - and what their intentions are should shares go undersubscribed?
At this time shares on issue are still at offer 4c above market price which suggests that there is, and will be, no incentive for prospective shareholders.
What is the cost of credit supply for a company like SBM? Why didn't they opt for alternative credit or offtake agreements?
Many questions remain unanswered.
