Genorah do have the support of part of the Bengwenyama that being the Royal Council but may not be enough but enough to apply for a community based application

You keep bringing up fact (17) this is the crux of the matter as there was no community application pior to this as the DMR had no way of knowing Bengwenyama Minerals have the support of the community without written consent and there for it only became a 104 application on that date. But I do except that arguement is lost because of the Con court decision

I know you research a lot and your posts are backed by fact which is refreshing compared to some so have you being able to find any information that a land claim has been granted rather than just lodged, if lodging is all it takes to be accepted as the owner of surface rights I was thinking of lodging one for New Zealand.
