Once upon a time, not that long ago, Syndicated Metals, which then became DCX and then rolled into LAT completed a transaction with a company known as Berkut Minerals, which then became Carnaby Resources…. Keeping up?, because the rest is pretty straight forward, see the announcement made at the time that outlines the stake and being a ‘free carried interest’.
As to the terms of the arrangement beyond what has been disclosed below, Iam not privy to and will seek further information from the company if I feel it necessary to appease myself.
I would rather a free carried interest than an obligation of a JV any day of the weeek…
