So they defrauded the Mali Government? If you have to pay all the cash the company holds plus that amount again and according to you it was legitimately defrauded, then how does this company make a profit? Theres a lot more scrutiny to come from Australian departments now because if they cooked the books there then they cooked the books here. Everything is fine attitude doesn't stack up.
