I think what some look for is instant sugar fix with each drill assay. Because of the confirmed REE and MREE JB can now also apply to various grants that are available for such critical elements and recover some/most of the associated costs and potentially more of follow ups too.
as to the ridiculous 8mill market cap, it gives an EV of 3 mill - cheapest way to get a piece of 100k Oz Gold for me! Hence my posture has not changed and we still are in the race to see what the remaining assays show PLUS geo chemical analysis to see where we can better focus follow up drilling on NREE AND REE - although I personally haven't given up on the Niobium either, it's clearly not where we drilled but that's not to say it's not on the tenement at all in my view.
Anyway, time shall reveal to all soon enough.
