"Why would anyone bother disclosing selling 2 shares?"
It's not about why would they bother... It's a requirement to disclose a change in holding for related parties. But in this instance they have not declared that they are a related party (even though in another company they are).
But the point remains.... A change in shareholding does show that the top20 may not be selling but they could be trading.
