I can't understand why half of you say this is great and the other half say this is terrible?!?!
If a company divests a non-core asset to pay down debt and strengthen its balance sheet, as in the case of EOS, it is considered to be positive.
The only case when it is considered to be negative - when a company sells the asset too cheaply or the company intends to waste the money it receives.
I am of the view it is the first scenario. This is not investment advice.
