    Hi Nextport

I know exactly what you mean, I have been reading many LEG postings preaching close to port and rail. As you state Douala is too shallow and as this is the case the current rail is irrelevant as it doesn't run to Kribi. Great to have a rail line yet it is even better if it can take goods to where they have to go....wait LEG have no proven resource yet!

I still have a truck load to learn on LEG yet have held SDL for 3+ years. West Africa is an emerging iron ore play and the world is now taking notice.

I bought a small holding today based on market sentiment and the position in West Africa, LEG do not have it made, they have many many hurdles to cross as SDLer's are aware. I look forward to some evidence of resource and grade.

And to LEG holders who bag SDL or are jealous for what ever reason, West Africa will rival the Pilbara. Countries in West Africa want to drag themselves up from their developing status. They want to prosper and reap the benefits. Compare the cost of African labor verses Aust labor. There is also Aust Tax changes. We can and will all enjoy the fruit in due course.

SDl or LEG, which is the best investment?

I will tell you in 5 years. I look forward to the ride on both.

    cheers
