However, it does say "Values reflect market prices at signing of contract" which suggests to my tired brain that the prices are not fixed though I don't know what the terms are.
If the terms were fixed at signing there would be no need for the above quote...and given lawyers frame all these statements ...I think the prices would reflect movements in RE basket.
Though would be good to get a more definitive answer.
