Objections would be expected from locals in a place called Mt Pleasant. They really should relocate to Skunk Valley.
But the article is super relevant, Ben is moving to Tennessee and they are doing a feasibility study with SSC for the building of a plant to process slag, so it seems pretty likely that this place is the first target for a plant to process SSC's waste and given the community objections sooner will be better than later.
