Thank you for your extract from the last quarterly.
Holding in Escrow would be appropriate but the question is what will be the X date (Date at which an Icon shareholder is entitled to the distribution)
If distributed the Shares and Options could have a special FRY code denoting they are in escrow but could be tradeable in there own right.
