the more important issue is how the sp reacts to the possibilities
1/ signed contract sp would be spike then back to 20 c
2/ extension back to 19c
3/ breakdown and walkaway from mou drop then back to 19c

or there may be expectation exhaustion and lots of selling to any of the above

but what will be the boards reaction
will they focus on the reserves being certified
and if they do will they carry on with the same people and more than likely get the same comical results
or
will they develop a capable operational team with a history of success then endeavour to certify the reserves
or
will they carry on with self absorbing pie in the sky wasteful manner (can they conjur a billion dollar furphy)
