I recently unfortunately go to hospital in the emergency for a family member. Now, all their life they paid more than $7k per year on top /gold hospital covers but in the emergency the ambulance took them to public hospitals who did surgery within a day and all was done by registrar plus surgeon who were under 35 year of age.
so what was the point of getting private health insurance as you can't get private doctor immediately?
its too late for me to cancel my health insurance but my future generations will be taught to buy vanguard ETF for the amount equal to health insurance installments.
