I'm sure the minister of resources is aware of the issues. I'm not sure if these legal challenges were to come by it would stand any chance if the fast track bill and the panel approves it. The bill is due to be passed by end of year. The NZ government has stated that it prefers jobs over saving freddie. I'm not saying I support damaging the environment but I'm sure PA and the SNG team will work with the community to ensure the project goes ahead.
