Regarding Jeremy, the 2024 Annual Report states that his:
Base salary was $200,000 + super $22,000.
Shareholding: 5,300,000
Options: 2,133,334
Performance Rights: 10,000,000
My own perspective is that he’s paid a moderate salary for a CEO of an ASX company, and stands to benefit greatly if he produces great results. As it should be IMO.
Put another way, IMO he seems to be forgoing salary for shares, options and rights - I don’t expect him to be buying on market.
In any event, if you want to question how he’s rewarded, the questions should be directed to the Chairman.
I have no doubt that Jeremy is 100% committed to the success of this company though.
