Such great news!!! A house in a day with only 3 operators is amazing. I think we have just lodged in/down this JV. FBR seem to have turned over a new leaf with regard to updating shareholders. I think they have heard our collective will. Particularly, I was quite taken back by their openness and transparency at the latest Syd AGM. It's too late for me to purchase shares now with funds needing to clear by 5PM tomorrow so I will just have to hope we get some price weakness so I can accumulate more. I'm kind of forced to with this much happening and the price so low. We are opening a new book in FBRs journey. I feel the sentiment this time next year around FBR will be so different to where it is today. We are truly living through some exciting times as FBR shareholders.
