Normally, I wouldn’t put much weight on Twitter rumors, but this one comes from a reliable source and even includes links to what seem to be legitimate documents filed in the Malawi High Court.I’m not a legal expert, so I can’t say how strong this case is, but what’s really concerning is that shareholders haven’t been informed about this—even though it appears the case started over a month ago. If Lindian were to lose, it could have a serious impact on our investments.Does anyone have more information about this or understand why the company hasn’t addressed it? It’s worrying to me that something this significant is flying under the radar but I’m hoping that someone more informed will assure me that I am over-reacting.
