The reason I asked about the 'off-market' trade (albeit at nil considersation), is that if I have Entity A which owns the shares but doesn't need the tax losses; am I able to 'sell' them to my Entity B which could use the tax losses? The consideration could be (assume) the last traded price of 20.5?
Would welcome any thoughts/comments.
