my understanding of these kinds of deals is that where sqm drills and sends the core to the labs, we would get results of lab work, too, which would include au, cu, and ag grades.
in short we would not have to do drilling at RR, we cld use the $2m elsewhere depending on priorities.
this deal is a win for both parties.
