Another way of considering figures which might be worth factoring is written below . Should of figured it out before the fact and not after but u decide .
Major range 1 was 27.99 - 38.50 = 10.51
so range 2 implied was 31.98 +10.51 = 42.49
But if u do it by % then 10.51 = 37.6%
So do 31.98 x 37.6% and u get
Note this method was used to calculate spi high in 2003 just don't tell anyone as I thought it was gunna be yearly high not Spi close . lol
