FBR have been paid US$1.6m of the $2.0m by CRH Ventures as part of the US Demo Program. The remaining US$400k is payable on completion of the program which should be the tenth house being completed.
This is all priced in. The deal was announced January 2024.
To get to 10 cents we will need 100x the US demo revenue just to wash down the losses. FBR reported a loss of $27m last year, and $26m the year before - with negibible revenue. Ten cents is a PE of 9 with earnings of $50m.
