I agree cap raise is not off the table. That said they have spent considerable amount on capex for deliveries to Panasonic. These are once off purchases.
The IPO of Axon Graphite is close and will deliver 15-25million.
The 48c tax credit is transferable (saleable) and is 103 million usd.
Cap raise may happen but it’s not imminent and may not happen at all.
