Well that is not right as the doctor is acting on a blood result from a device that has been approved by FDA. So even if there is a small chance of misdiagnosis the doctor can state that his examination and the available test results made him take a decision which was most appropriate. If people keep suing for every small reason then there would be no medical care in this world.
