There are enough writeups to suggest that Namibia is in a real hurry to get the oil out of the ground. Let's hope that there are time conditions attached to the granting of the Lic. Bad name sticks like sh!t to a blanket, let's hope that NAMCOR remembered the FAR saga which was just next door to them and acted with the appropriate caution.
I hope that we will learn a bit more from the AGM.
