The $0.063 consideration shown is the Black Scholes valuation of the options as disclosed in the AGM Notice of Meeting. I believe this consideration paid by each director should properly have been shown as 'nil' as the $189k 'value' is effectively a cost to shareholders/the company and a benefit to the directors. A lot of licence used here.
