    the NO votes on resolution 6 basically put a wall to obtain funds therefore shareholders that voted NO are shooting themselves in the foot. Shortsightedness to satisfy their egos!
    As Ewen said it’s very hard to do business with EV’s currently and here we have shareholders putting unnecessary obstacles on funds.
    Go figure?
